Kinnan Golemon forms KG Strategies

AUSTIN, Texas - January 9 2008 - Kinnan Golemon announced that he has formed and opened KG Strategies, LLC, effective January 1, 2008, to provide strategic counsel on regulatory and legislative challenges facing those who do business in Texas.

Mr. Golemon had previously been a Partner with the Austin law firm of Brown McCarroll, LLP.  According to Mr. Golemon, "My long-term association with Brown McCarroll has ended and a new chapter has begun.  This is an exciting time for me, both personally and professionally, as I embark on this new venture that maintains representation of clients I have represented for many years but also provides the flexibility and framework for my skills and broad experience to be committed to others impacted by the Texas regulatory and political structure."
